Vitallium is a pure cobalt chromium alloy free of Nickel and Beryllium, created by a revolutionary process called continuous casting. This produces an extremely fine and uniform grain structure in the alloy giving Vitallium tremendous strength and excellent ductility. In fact, Vitallium is so strong it is used in the making of orthopaedic implants where durability and bio-compatibility are critical.

Because of Vitallium's unique properties, inlike conventional chrome dentures, frameworks are lighter and less bulky without any loss of the required rigidity. For example, shallower undercuts can be created for clasps, giving a secure functional fit yet optimising aesthetics and patient comfort.

And there's no change of surface attack by oral fluids, so preventing tarnishing and the taste often associated with other metal and plastic dentures, which makes Vitallium dentures look and feel better and easier to keep that way.
